Hello, I'm Brandon Kelvey, the creator of Jitsology 101, and I'm here to guide and support you as you undertake your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey. I'm honoured to hold a first-degree black belt under Carlson Gracie Junior. Alongside my passion for BJJ, I'm a professional physiotherapist, holding a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy. I'm also a certified 200hr yoga teacher.
What sets me apart is my specialization in working with BJJ athletes and addressing BJJ-specific injuries in my physiotherapy practice. This expertise directly benefits my clients at Jitsology 101. My approach to BJJ transcends the mat. I emphasize mobility, strength training, and kettlebell conditioning to complement your BJJ journey, offering a holistic approach to conditioning and movement. BJJ isn't just a sport; it's a way of life for me.
